Rooms are comfortable and contain all the ‘mod cons’ that we now expect. They are exceptionally clean.

Old Ffolkes beds.

The building is 300 years old and some of the beds might be originals! Quite old and mattresses in particular, could do with changing.

Traffic and other noises.

Traffic noise can affect light sleepers at the front of the building and internal noise originating from neighbouring rooms, makes you wonder what, if any, sound insulation exists.
