The staff is wonderful. They are a cheerful bunch from the moment you walk in the door till the time you leave. You are treated like they really want you there. Everyone from housekeeping to the valet to the front desk are superb.
The facility is a timeshare and if you go to the sales presentation you are compensated via free parking and a gift card. If you can sit for a couple hours it might be a good idea and worth your time. You may even come out of the presentation with a stake in a timeshare!
The stairs leading from the sitting area to the upstairs bedroom and full-bath are steep. If you have problems going up and down stairs, you may have a problem getting the full use out of this type of facility.
