It is situated in a small 16th Century hamlet accessed by a private lane and surrounded on all sides by breath-taking views over three counties. Fernhill is close to sprawling moors yet we are only 2 miles from Rochdale Town Centre; 5 minutes off the M62 at Junction 20 and a 30-minute drive from Manchester City Centre. Our beautifully converted farm buildings offer excellent facilities for all guests; there is ample free private parking. Fernhill has tastefully decorated en-suite rooms, with mains pressure power showers. All rooms have flat screen televisions with free Wi Fi, Tea Coffee making facilities; each room also comes complete with iron & ironing board and hairdryer.
