There have been renovations done to the hotel recently, and most guests were quite impressed by the standard of the finished product. Rooms were described as updated, modern and spacious.

The fact that the front desk controls the air-con meant that guests had to open the windows to get enough fresh air. This created quite a noise from the busy street down below, and caused a disturbed sleep for many guests.
