Perchance to dream.

Rooms, back and front, are relatively quiet, so the lightest of sleepers should enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Pleasant walk to the town centre.

Pointless taking the car, you’ll never park it! The short walk along the tree lined, ‘Tramway’ is enjoyable, though; taking in some great river views. The old Tramway pub is nearby and serves good food!

Easy parking.

There’s plenty of space for cars here so you can take the car to visit, say, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds or even the NEC ... and know that there’s still a space for you when you come back.

Watered down shower space.

They’re a bit tight and anyone with a weight problem might find it virtually impossible to carry out the functions that we all find necessary.

A common complaint but shower pressure can be poor; so the process becomes long drawn out and somewhat irritating.

Despite assurances to the contrary, light sleepers in front facing rooms are liable to suffer from what most would describe as limited road noise.
