The pale-yellow three-storey main house was restored using natural materials and finishes, such as lime, wood, stone and beeswax. The family lives on the ground floor, while four large guestrooms, all decorated by Karin, occupy the upper floors. The three Suite of Miran, Mark and Flores (40sqm) et la Junior Suite Sophia (23 sq m) are thought to the smallest detail to allow the body and mind to rest, with king-size beds with cotton futon, cotton and millet pillows, fine natural fiber sheets, blankets of pure virgin wool and quilts in goose down. In the guesthouse, breakfast is served with organic products sourced or farmed locally – the five-hectare farm counts olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits among its produce. Products quality is the essence of Fattoria San Martino, where all the details, as well as being unique in that the result of the endless creation of Karin and Antonio and their ability to experience the unusual, are selected for their capacity to make the stay unique and invigorating, and allow you to rediscover the excellence in the things of every day.
