The 20 casual studio apartments with simple decor feature flat-screens, en suite bathrooms and kitchenettes with sinks, fridges and stoves. Some have balconies with residential views. There is no parking available and pets are not allowed. English and French are spoken by the staff members. There is also a lift available. Guests can cook their own meals and prepare beverages thanks to the in-room equipped kitchens. There are also various eateries and bars within a close walking distance. Family is three kilometres from Montparnasse Tower, five kilometres from Louvre Museum and six kilometres from Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.

The apartment hotel is in a good location within walking distance from the famous Eiffel Tower. It is also close to the metro stations and is in a quiet neighbourhood. There are also various groceries, laundromats and farmacies, as well as restaurants and pastry shops.
It was nice that the Wi-Fi in the apartments was found to be working and reliable. Guests enjoyed the fact they could have their own studio and use the Internet from the comfort of the studios.
Guests felt that the kitchenettes inside the studios were perfect for those who wanted to cook their own meals. Guests traveling with families found this to be especially convenient. They were able to use the kitchens since they were nicely equipped.
Guests did not enjoy that the lift was not working properly and that they had to climb the stairs. They did not understand why the lift was not fixed for guests to use.
Guests did not care that there was no daily housekeeping available. They felt that they should have left more towels and toilet paper if they knew the cleaning was not done frequently. They also had no particular way of cleaning themselves if they wanted to.
There is no air conditioning in the studios which guests found to be a necessity during the hot summer months. They did not even have a fan to circulate the air. It was too hot inside to feel comfortable.
