Hotel Familia (Paris, France)

The hotel has offers guests with private parking. The parking bays are spacious enough to grant you freedom when manoeuvring in and out of your car as well as when parking it.

The rooms are very quiet, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The decor is pretty and stylish without being too showy and fits in with the general theme of the hotel. The showers are roomy and powerful.

The members of staff are very attentive to your needs. The reception staff checks you in and out very quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping team is very detailed in ensuring hygiene is well maintained throughout the premise and seem to take pride in their job.

Unless it's at the hotel's common areas, using the Wi-Fi in your room can be quite frustrating as the speeds are very slow. The connection also kept dropping and at times it was unavailable for long periods.

Some guests were dissatisfied with the quality of mattresses and pillows provided pointing out that they were rather hard. Those who had sensitive backs and necks were greatly affected.

A number of guests found the lift  to be extremely slow. Whether it be in ascending it was slow and rather cramped inside. Multiple guests waiting to be taken to their floors will find this rather tricky as it could only handle a few people at a time.
