The biggest accolade of this hotel is the staff. Previous guests could not believe how incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive the staff are. Not only are they good at what they do but they enjoy it too!

If you are visiting the area before an operation or you have a loved one that has been admitted, this hotel is the perfect location just five minutes away from the Saint Francis and Hillcrest hospitals.

Many hotels are serving complimentary breakfasts nowadays but don't settle for a muffin and coffee when you can have a hot breakfast buffet that welcomes you every morning. Most of the guests were very impressed to have a breakfast buffet with tons of variety.

Do be careful when booking, as some of the guests found that not all of the rooms have a refrigerator. If you are not sure, call the hotel in advance to double check.

Although the rooms are newly renovated, some of the guests could not get comfortable because they felt that the rooms were not very spacious. However, most guests really enjoyed their rooms and found them to be very comfortable.

While having a pool is a great convenience, some of the guests found that the pool was either too cold, a bit dirty, or had too much chlorine. However, most of the guests were very satisfied with the pool facilities.
