The hotel feels very modern in the way it is designed and decorated. The public areas are very pleasant and the guestrooms spacious with very comfortable beds. The whole property is kept exceptionally clean and everything still feels quite new here.
You don’t have to leave the property to find leisure facilities as there is an on-site swimming pool which even has its own water slide for the kids to enjoy. There is also a small fitness centre that offers a handful of cardio machines and some weights.
Guests feel like they have received excellent value for money when staying here. It is a budget hotel with nice rooms, a tasty breakfast and consistently good customer service.
This is not an ideal property to stay at if you do not have a vehicle with you. There are no restaurants within a short walk away and downtown is accessed by car. There have been reports of guests struggling to find the property even with their satellite navigation system and therefore you may want to telephone the hotel before departure to get directions.
Guests have been bemused by the plastic cutlery and Styrofoam plates that are provided at breakfast time.
This is something that could be very easily fixed by the hotel if they simply paid more attention to detail. There have been complaints that the rooms have not been prepared ready for the number of guests booked in, this includes not enough towels provided and the sofa bed not being made up for additional guests.
