Guests liked how they could leave their cars in a gated parking area. This helped them have more peace of mind overnight, or when otherwise leaving the vehicles unattended for long periods of time. Furthermore, the property hires an overnight security guard.

The hotel employees were able to easily win guests over with their pleasant attitudes and willingness to help. Many guests thought that the treatment they received was a highlight of staying here and made the time especially memorable.

Guests warned that they would not recommend walking around at night because the area immediately around the hotel is not well developed and doesn't feel safe. Although guests didn't feel unsafe while on the property, they would have preferred if the area near the hotel was more appealing.

Guests were unable to come to an agreement when discussing the items the hotel offered for breakfast. For example, some thought the food tasted bad and was not worth eating even though it was free, and others were very pleased by the breakfast offerings and thought they added value.
