This hotel underwent a renovation in early 2016 and recent reviews reveal that guests are impressed by the results of this work. Earlier feedback makes mention of various problems but it appears that the renovations have dealt with many of these issues and guests now typically describe the rooms as clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Previous guests have been pleased with the location of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Alpharetta, often commenting on the number of nearby shops and dining spots, as well as the hotel's proximity to downtown Alpharetta.

Guests consistently describe the staff at this hotel in favorable terms. The service here certainly seems to be one of the plus points of the property - guests say the staff is friendly, helpful, and, in many cases, the reason they would return to this hotel for a repeat visit.

Previous guests have sometimes found the lack of microwaves and fridges in the rooms as a little inconvenient. Storing and preparing food in your room is pretty much out of the question. That said, these facilities are available in a small number of upgraded rooms but you will pay a higher rate for these.

There appear to be occasional Wi-Fi problems at this hotel, with some guests describing the connection as erratic and prone to dropping out. Although not all guests have been affected, this is a potential source of frustration for business and leisure guests alike.

Feedback about the breakfast here is a little mixed. Some guests were perfectly happy with the spread while others felt breakfast should offer a greater variety of items. Also, breakfast started too late for some guests, so those who had to leave early sometimes missed out.
