Guests remarked that the staff members seemed to truly care about resolving issues and providing insight to help guests get acquainted with the area. Because of these traits, guests recognized that the level of service offered here is quite high.

In addition to being easy to reach from the road, this property is close to restaurants and shops. Guests said they didn't have to travel far to find interesting things to do in the area, and they appreciated that fact.

Guests could quickly tell that this hotel was well kept  up by the maintenance and housekeeping staff. Furthermore, the property is relatively new. Guests commented that the employees seem committed to helping the property look like new for as long as possible.

There were comments that the soundproofing between each floor, and the soundproofing that shields the rooms from outside noises, was not as good as guests would have liked or expected. When guests were put into rooms that faced the road, traffic noise was particularly loud, and guests were disturbed by noises of others above them whenever they were staying on a level other than the top floor.

You may not want to get your hopes up too high about breakfast here. Although some guests found the offerings quite satisfying, others felt the food wasn't tasty and were glad they did not have to pay for it.

From time to time, guests complained that some room configurations felt very cramped. In some cases, they specifically said the rooms would not be suitable unless only one occupant was in them.
