Its close proximity to downtown Kansas is very practical and convenient for the guests. The hotel's location is one of the main reasons why they choose to stay at the hotel. It is easy for guests to travel within the area and go in and out of the hotel due to its central location.

Despite serious issues and complaints faced by the staff, most of them have remained polite and professional all throughout. The staff's overall positive attitude, apologetic behaviour, and excellent skills in handling difficult situations were very impressive for most guests.

Guests speak well of the overall quality of the bathrooms. They were surprisingly clean, maintained, and there was sufficient amount of water in the shower so they did not have any issues getting some proper wash.

The poor quality of breakfast was very unacceptable. There was no real breakfast provided since the hotel only served coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, or muffins which were obviously not enough to keep guests going through the day. However, guests can check out nearby restaurants for alternative.

Most of the negative reviews were centred on the overall poor state of the rooms. The whole room was poorly maintained. The wardrobe area as well as the flooring were dirty, had visible moulds, and the smell was also terrible.

Aside from the construction noises outside which were unavoidable, guests also had issues with the noises coming from the adjacent rooms which kept them awake all night. Movement of furniture can be heard easily, so other guests had difficulty getting some proper sleep. Thus, you are advised to use earplugs for comfort.
