Rooms are remarkably clean, including the bathroom. There's a generous supply of towels too.

It's easy to find from the highway, close to the airport and to the mall for shopping and restaurants, etc. Downtown is about 11 miles away, so you can enjoy this quieter setting!

The staff, generally, are great and so too are the management. Things go wrong occasionally - as they do anywhere - and management move quickly to sort it out. In the process, they'll over compensate you in respect of any inconvenience suffered.

Prepare for delays if arriving from the airport; the cab driver is unlikely to know of the hotel's existence. Hardly surprising since its hidden behind a furniture shop and office building. It's not buzzing with activity either and night time arrivals can find the main door locked. Yes, it's much quieter than most hotels ... but you have to find it first. Also, peace and quiet comes at a cost! There are very few eating places nearby so you really need a car, or-quick! .. grab that cab that's just dropped you off!

The place is quite shabby and all room doors open on to an outdoor passage way. So, it has a motel feel, rather than that of a hotel! Rooms can be disappointingly dirty with evidence of dead flies and insects ... as well as, not so dead, bed bugs!

On entering the room the over use of the air freshener is not sufficient to mask the smell of cigarettes. There are plumbing problems too, relating to showers and persistent overflows on to the floor, leading to damp.
