They are so welcoming and friendly; the staff here are exceptionally efficient and kind.

Very good and convenient location.

The hotel is easily accessed from the motorway systems and city routes. Once here, you can walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, literally within a few minutes. Sporting and entertainment venues are only a short drive away.

Rooms are fine!

As advertised, they are clean with the added bonus of comfortable beds and clean, fresh bed linen. Towels etc; are plentiful and replaced on request; plus (*unusually) the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials are present and correct.

Watch the WiFi.

WiFi isn't very good and they'll try to get you to part with cash for a better service. Why not provide the better service from the start?.

Poor services.

Cleanliness in the rooms is at a very low ebb. Sheets are stained and dirty; showers contain old hairs and are the old shampoos left in the bathroom by previous guests really to be classed as complimentary? Thought not! There's a noise factor too as the result of really thin dividing walls. Rooms are obviously pet friendly, as indicated by the smell of animal urine and some of the 'extended stay' guests are an encouragement to make your own visit as short as possible.

Glasses, cups and other items are missing. Kitchens vary but, annoyingly, some are not at all well equipped!
