They were very attentive and worked around the needs of the guests, which was much appreciated. The Check-in/Check-out process was carried out smoothly and any concern faced by the guests was resolved immediately.
All the rooms are clean and well-maintained say guests. Beds and pillows are also very comfortable. They are equipped with all the amenities that are required to ensure a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well-stocked and guests were more than happy to be able to prepare their own meals. Bathrooms had fresh towels that were soft.
The Wi-Fi connection in this hotel was really fast. Guests who were on a business trip were very glad that they could work without the hassle of connecting to the Internet time and again. Pets are warmly welcomed at very nominal charges.
The hotel provides ‘grab and go’ breakfast, which has very limited options to choose from say guests. In that limited spread too, very often muffins were smashed and snack bars are crumbling. There was no decaf coffee and milk provided either.
Many guests found the stench in the stairway way beyond tolerable and they literally had to run through it to escape the smell. Cleaning the stairways would help ease the situation they say.
Even though there was a facility of an elevator, it was out of order for the longest time and guests had to climb flights of stairs to reach the top floors.
