Hotel Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Lake Buena Vista (Lake Buena Vista, USA)

The Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando is called a great central location by guests. It is close to the exit for Disney World and also to SeaWorld. A chain of dining places like Black Angus, Giordano's Pizza and Olive Garden and convenience stores are found nearby.

Though guests say bathrooms are on the small side, they find the rooms to be of a very good size. They appreciate that the space in the rooms can include two closets, a dining table and a coffee table. The adjustable TV sets that can be swiveled in any direction are found handy. They are happy that despite facing the streets the rooms are quiet.

Guests find the hotel staff helpful. For guests traveling primarily for the purpose of visiting Disney World, the park tickets booth next to the reception and a free shuttle to Disney run twice every day by the hotel is a big plus.

Although they say that it is not a deal breaker, guests feel that the bedding should be upgraded as the linens provided are pretty thin and the bed spread/duvet is non-white. The towels are rather small and thin too.

The bathrooms are not maintained well by housekeeping. Some guests have found whiskers all over the sink. It was quite obvious to them that the maid had simply hung the towels from the counter onto the rack as the whiskers rained from the towel when they touched it. The cloth shower curtain also had hair on it. The housekeeping provides only limited supply of soap, wash dishes and towels.

Several guests find the breakfast choices limited. Also the items run out well ahead of breakfast closing time.
