Guests admired with the overall attitude of the staff! They went out of their way to fix all the issues within the hotel. Moreover, the staff also provided first class service and professional assistance to the guests.

Since the hotel is located within a short distance from shopping stores, restaurants, and major tourists’ destinations such as Amtrak station and Santa Clarita Valley, most guests are able to maximize their stay. They noted that they were able to push through with their family plans due to the hotel’s practical location.

Guests were satisfied with the general condition of the rooms. It was spotlessly clean and had sufficient furnishings. The water pressure in the shower was also perfect for long wash. Furthermore, the private kitchen was very useful for those who wanted to cook their own food.

The foul smell within the halls and inside the rooms is disappointing according to guests. Despite requesting non-smoking rooms and continuous efforts of spraying air fresheners, the smell of tobacco has stayed within the rooms.

Aside from the heavy footsteps at the hallway, most guests were annoyed with the loud conversations from people in the next rooms. The barking of dogs especially during wee hours due to the hotel’s pet friendly policy was also very irritating.

Due to the minimal and limited breakfast food as well as the slow restocking of food, most guests were very displeased. The coffee and all the breakfast choices were removed before 8a.m. so guests who were not done eating had no choice but to either skip breakfast or put away their food.
