Guests liked that they were so close to the highways. It made finding the hotel a bit easier initially, and was also convenient for when they were ready to head out and explore the region.

Rude and unhelpful staff

An extraordinary number of guests reported that their room was not clean when they checked in. Their view was that housekeeping had been very slapdash, and that the rooms should never have been released for occupation in the state they were in.
