Super personnel.

Front desk staff members are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Queries and any small complaints are dealt with … just like that! Customer service is exemplary.

No frills – or fancy prices.

It’s really quite basic and won’t suit those in search of luxury accommodation. The value, though, is excellent + there are things here that you don’t find in many more expensive hotels. Rooms are very clean, the TV picture is clear as a bell, the WiFi works (*maybe a bit slow!) and there’s no shortage of piping hot shower water.

Good location.

A great + very conveniently located hotel; it has easy access to shops and restaurants. Costco is across the street and it’s a 10 minute walk to MARTA.

Negative Reviews

Nobody answers the phone.

The front desk isn’t always manned and the note requesting that guests use the phone for attention is useless. Nobody answers. The phone in the gymnasium doesn’t work either.

An apple a day... but not every day!

If you want fresh fruit at what is a limited breakfast of the pre-packed variety, get there early. Once it’s gone, it isn’t replaced.

Annoying problems.

The door is stiff and difficult to open; towels are grubby and suspect and the small kitchen area has no ventilation. Kitchen utensils are insufficient, so you have to request more from the front desk. WiFi is slow but this is magically rectified via the appearance of your credit card. There are a number of annoying features here, but nothing that couldn’t be rectified quite easily by the hotel's owners.
