Suited for a family on a budget

Some of the guests say that the hotel is nice overall and suited for a family on a budget. It is close to the Six Flags. Guests can cook their own dinner as all necessary amenities and appliances are provided in the suites, thus saving on eating out.

Dated hotel

Most of the guests found the property dated and in dire need of renovation. The hallways, lobby and foyer were dirty and smelly, shoes stuck to the room floor, the door handles were sticky and some of the mattresses did not even have covers.

Elevator and doors issues

Guests said that the elevators in the hotel were making a lot of noise and felt unsecure and risky to use. The doors to the hotel have to be pulled open to enter which guests said was too difficult to handle with luggage. Guests find it surprising that the hotel still uses such difficult door type in these days of automated sliding doors.

Amenities absent in rooms; rooms not cleaned

Many of the rooms did not have a TV remote, pots or pans for cooking, and coffeemaker. Many times guests said they were given rooms soon after the previous guests Checked-out and before the rooms were cleaned. They found the carpets smelling, and used and dirty dishes in the kitchen. Bed and sheets had hair and stains and the floor was dirty with spilt food.
