The entire property is well cleaned and maintained by the staff - guest rooms are clean and freshened between occupancies. Common areas and public spaces are also clean and welcoming. Housekeeping services are provided every other week for guest rooms, but more frequent visits require an additional fee.

If you're traveling with a group or family, spacious layouts and separate living and dining spaces provide an ample amount of room for up to four people. Compared to nearby accommodations, the lower weekly rates and additional size makes this property an exceptionally good value.

The hotel is ideally located near major highways, attractions and downtown. Whether you want access to any of Tallahassee's points of interest or you just need somewhere to stay along Interstate 10, property is conveniently accessed and easy to find.

If you're looking for a hotel with luxurious amenities or a variety of services, this is not the property for you. Amenities and services are rather limited and provide the basics, and even charge for some of the more common amenities, such as a coffee maker or daily housekeeping.

The wall construction is rather thin, so there's a good potential you will hear your neighbors through the wall at some point. If you're on the bottom floor, chances are you'll hear your upstairs neighbor as well.

In addition to having to pay for the Internet, the standard connection is rather spotty especially during peak occupancy times. You do have the option to pay extra for high-speed Internet, but that connection can be inconsistent, too.
