The recently renovated facility fit the bill for guests looking for comfortable and affordable accommodations. They appreciated the free on-site parking and enjoyed the convenience of kitchenettes with fridges, stoves and microwaves. Guests said the hotel compared favourably with more expensive establishments in the area and business travellers, who stayed for three weeks or more, said the apartments were perfect for their needs. Many were repeat guests, others said they would definitely return.

Guests were full of praise for the staff of this hotel and cited individual staff members by name for their courtesy, friendliness and willingness to go the extra length to ensure a pleasant stay. Even those arriving late at night said they were impressed with their warm and friendly welcome. The staff's knowledge of the local area was also appreciated.

Just off the I-240 and convenient to downtown Oklahoma City attractions such as The National Cowboy &Western Heritage Museum and Library and to galleries and museums, the hotel was well located for those just travelling through or spending time in the city. Guests also appreciated supermarkets and restaurants within an easy drive of the hotel.

There were complaints about the smell of cigarette smoke in public areas such as corridors and in non-smoking rooms.

Booking mistakes resulting in cancelled reservations and erroneous charges were reported.

Guests complained that traffic noise, sounds from neighbouring rooms and conversations from corridors and the parking lot led to sleepless nights.
