One of the first things guests mentioned in their reviews was that the hotel’s staff were truly exceptional. Many felt that they went “above and beyond” when helping their guests and even singled out specific staff members by name for praise.

On the whole, guests were very happy with the location of the hotel. They said that it was reasonably close to the major highways, and so convenient for when they were traveling round the region. But what impressed them more was that it was close to restaurants shops and other amenities.

Considering the fact that Wi-Fi is something guests usually take for granted, a surprising number went out of their way to comment that the Wi-Fi system was both reliable and more than fast enough for any reasonable purposes.

Guests really didn’t think much of the complimentary breakfast offered every morning. It was so limited, consisting of maybe a pastry, piece of fruit and hot drink that many said it was hardly worth bothering with.

Guests in suites that had a kitchenette complained that they were simply not equipped. While equipment is available from reception, this requires a lengthy procedure to effect, and in any event many guests were not informed how the system worked. Many simply believed that the kitchen had no equipment.

A number of guests mentioned experiencing problems with a variety of bugs in their room, from ants to cockroaches. They believed that the hotel should have made more strenuous efforts to correct prevent this.
