Parks and bike trails, monuments and mountains - regardless of what they were here to see, for many, this Quality Inn location was well-situated for a wide variety of local attractions.

It's obvious that staff here go above and beyond to assist guests. Many visitors report that the reception team is especially helpful and go out of their way to ensure that guests make the most of their stay in the area. Additionally, a fair few also noted that the check-in process here is extremely quick.

The breakfast here is outstanding. Guests loved the variety of food on offer - especially the selection of fruits and the biscuits and gravy. If the grub wasn't enough, the view of the Black Hills from this property's breakfast deck was outstanding. For many guests, this proved to be a great way to start the day.

Many guests would have appreciated microwaves and fridges in their rooms. For those who were visiting the area's vineyards, the latter amenity was especially missed. Also, guests with heavy luggage were unhappy that this property lacked an elevator.

It appears that the main parking lot isn't quite big enough to accommodate this property - especially when it's near full capacity. Those caught short report having to park in an overflow lot around the back of the hotel.

Finally, there were some reports of rather hard, worn mattresses here. For a few guests, this had an impact on the overall quality of their stay.
