Rooms are always cleaned and kept up to standard. Fresh towels and additional pillows are given upon request. The staff makes an effort to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met.

You will find yourself surrounded by fantastic shopping, with the beach not too far away. Moreover, you are very close to PortAdventura, the theme park and resort.

Your eyes will sparkle when you see the 46 hot and cold dishes, two-dozen good sized cakes, a fantastic assortment of fresh fruit, along with a wonderful selection of jellies and ice cream. The children love all the tasty goodies as well.

Who knows the reason why? Maybe they want more pay or they would rather be somewhere else, or they just don't like their work. Whatever the reason, the staff needs some training in congenialness. Every request from visitors seems like it's too much troubl

Kids are everywhere. Ok, there's nothing wrong with children staying at an hotel, but wondering around on their own? It's like one big playgroup or children's centre!

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. In addition, you have to pay extra to use the unreliable Wi-Fi in the reception area. Why don't hotels get it? Wi-Fi is more important than a telephone in a room these days!
