This little B&B was most impressive for its location and in particular, the ease with which guests could access multiple public transport links. The nearest bus stop is just steps from this property while the closest metro stop is Castro Pretorio, located on the city's Line B. But for many, the big ticket here was the proximity of this property to Rome's Termini station, making this B&B a great choice for those arriving into or getting away from the Eternal City.
Despite it being located in central Rome, this property received many kudos for its cleanliness. There was no city grit to speak of and in addition to this, the room sizes here were commendable, with many impressed with the spaciousness of their accommodation.
Finally - and perhaps in tandem with its great transport links - many guests were pleased to find that this property was within walking distance of a number of famous sites, namely the Colosseum.>
Breakfast was a point of contention here. Considering recent past reviews, there seems to be some confusion over whether or not this property offers a morning meal. Some report a fleeting continental buffet, others were given vouchers for a nearby cafe and more still were told simply that there was no breakfast.
Though no reports of noise or untoward behaviour were reported, some guests were dismayed to find that this property is located in a university area, heavily populated by students.
Finally, a number of guests were surprised to find that air conditioning is not included in the room rate. Additionally, some - especially those visiting in the shoulder season - were dismayed to find that this amenity only seems to be offered during the height of summer.
