The outdoor pool is clean and expansive and the gardens are well-maintained and spacious as well as being gorgeous. The spa and tennis courts are similarly well-looked after and an added bonus to booking a room at Hotel Es Port.
Some guests were disappointed to find that Wi-Fi was only available, free of charge, in the public areas and that even while in these shared spaces, the signal was somewhat unreliable.
Similar to the Wi-Fi issue, guests took issue with the fact that they had to pay for the use of a safety deposit box and felt that this should have been included in the room price.
