The hotel pool area is one of the highlights on the property and is spacious, very clean and very well-maintained. The additional services and features including a quality poolside restaurant and poolside hydro-therapy massage points really adds to the overall experience.
Hotel staff are all friendly and offer professional and personal service. The majority of the staff are drawn from the local island population and are able to converse in English, making communication much easier and allowing guests to benefit from local knowledge of the area.
The shower is combined into the bath and while the bath is semi-enclosed to accommodate showering, there is no wall attachment for the shower head, making it very awkward and difficult to shower effectively.
Certain accommodation features which would be considered standard in most hotels such as tea and coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi access and free toiletries and other basics are lacking.
