The members of staff are very attentive to your needs. They take their duties very seriously and never hesitate to help you when you're in need of their services. The housekeeping team is very meticulous and ensure that the rooms are in top condition.
The restaurant is offers guests a choice of local and international dishes superbly prepared and presented in the dining room. The service at the restaurant is exceptional and the food is top notch. The wait staff members are attentive and eager to please and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience.
The rooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained. The decor is modern and blends in well with the general theme of the hotel. The mattresses and pillows are quite comfortable. The showers are roomy and quite powerful.
A few guests have complained that the traffic was noisy, especially in rooms close to the road, even though the rooms were apparently soundproofed. Noise coming in from the corridors and other rooms was also an issue.
The guesthouse's rooms do not have a very strong Wi-Fi signal. Guests who used the hotel's wireless internet signal were left dismayed as a result of the very poor connection. Common complaints were of the signal easily dropping as they carried their devices from room to room.
A few guests complained about the breakfast menu served at the hotel. Common issues raised included the lack of variety and repetitiveness of the meals. Some felt there was slowness to replenish dishes that ran out.
