The convention center, Palais des congrès de Montréal, is just across the street from hotel. Sites such as the Complexe Desjardins, Vieux Port de Montréal and the IMAX theatre are a 10-minute walk away. Within 20-minutes' walk you can reach the National Library of Quebec, the University of Quebec-Montreal, and the entertainment district of Quartier des Spectacles.

Guest found the rooms to be spacious and well presented, with comfortable beds and modern furnishings including elegant granite counters. Modern conveniences are provided to make your stay comfortable, including a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Guests commented favorable on the delicious complimentary breakfast provided as well as the free Happy Hour drinks made available.

Guests described the staff as friendly, courteous, professional, attentive and engaging. Guests reported that they were made to feel welcome and staff provided assistance with a smile.

Some guests were frustrated by the long wait in the breakfast cue just to order breakfast, that occurred during busy mornings. At times the room was also crowded and difficult to find a place to sit. Guests recommended venturing out to local cafes for breakfast.

Some guests felt that Wi-Fi is a standard service which should be included in the price of the room rather than being charged as an extra. Guests also occasionally reported that the Wi-Fi was unreliable and difficult to connect to.
