While guests were expecting the rooms to be big, since this is an all suite hotel after all, many did not expect them to be as big as they were, resulting in delighted guests who could luxuriate in all that extra space.
Guests were very, very impressed with the complimentary breakfast offered every morning. While they did praise the variety of foods on offer and the way they were prepared, what impressed many the most was that the morning staff pulled off the entire meal with terrific efficiency. They said that they seldom had to wait long in the line before loading their plates and taking a seat at one of the many tables.
Many guests could scarcely believe what a good deal they got at the hotel. They paid what they regarded was a very low room rate for a hotel room in this category and felt that the hotel was better and offered more than they expected. This resulted in them concluding that they had received excellent value for money.
A number of guests complained that public areas of the hotel, especially the elevator and hallways, were not properly cooled, causing quite a bit of discomfort in the summer months.
