Guests particularly appreciate the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the airport and the Mall of America. Families note that the ValleyFair amusement park and Minnesota Zoo are about 20 minutes away.

Many guests have given the front desk and management staff rave reviews, often commenting on their smiling faces, friendly conversation, and willingness to "go the extra mile" to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable.

The Embassy Suites Bloomington is an older building, so many guests were "very pleasantly surprised" by the freshly renovated, modern lobby and atrium areas. Guests also report that the rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, and comfortably furnished. Families, couples, and groups appreciate the privacy and flexibility afforded by the two-room layout, as well as the convenience of the kitchenette.
