Many guests were happy to find that their rooms were nicely cleaned and tidy. The bed sheets and the towels were clean and nice to use. For the price, these guests appreciated the small details.

Many guests were happy with the rooms and the overall character of the hotel. They knew they were booking a budget hotel and therefore recommend it to experienced travelers looking for the basics. The rooms were clean, comfortable and it was in a central location.

Many guests enjoyed that the touristic spots of Athens such as the museums, Acropolis and Plaka were within a walking distance or a short drive away. The public transport stops were also nearby.

Some guests felt the hotel needed a good renovation in the rooms and public spaces to give it a change of look and atmosphere. The paint on the walls was dirty and the furnishings were too simple. Many guests would have liked the rooms to be more modern

There were some guests who found out that the hotel was not necessarily family-friendly, but more friendly for guests who need it as a lovers getaway of a couple of hours. The neighbourhood is not said to be the best and there were loud noises heard in the other rooms.

The Wi-Fi is found to be poor and not working at all in the rooms. Some guests could not use the Internet throughout their whole stay and were surprised that a hotel in a central location of Athens did not have this amenity available.
