"El Jardín de Carrejo" is a charming 3-star rural hotel, which for its services could be defined as a boutique hotel. We are in Carrejo town, in the municipality of Cabezón de la Sal, in the center of Cantabria, Spain. We have 12 rooms. In the main building of 1881, completely renovated and conditioned, we have 8 double rooms and 2 Junior Suites with a hot tub. In 2005 we built a new building where we installed 2 Garden Suite of 75 m2 each. We have among other charging services for electric vehicles, free for customers who stay at our hotel. The hotel has 30,000m2, where the garden is a very important part of it, an idyllic place that encourages you to walk among its 85 different species of trees, some centenarians, a unique garden where you can lose yourself a thousand times, accompanied or alone . Footpath, bridges and a river that runs through the plot. It is in a privileged place very close to the Cantabric sea, the forest and the mountains. An ideal place for excursions. The hotel has a strategic position to be able to visit the whole region since it is located between the Cabuérniga Valley and the Saja-Besaya Natural Park, and the Coast where the Oyambre Natural Park, San Vicente de la Barquera and Comillas is located, with its beaches, as well as being able to visit both the "Cueva del Soplao"(Soplao Cave) and the "Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabarceno".
