The hotel is located in a central area in Barcelona. Guests were happy to have a place that is within walking distance from the Gothic quarter, the museums and other attractions. There were also various eateries and bars within a close range.

The staff members were found to be friendly and nice people to talk to. They helped guests with any problems or issues that surfaced and recommended places to eat or drink. They also helped with advice on how to get around the city.

Thin Walls

Guests were annoyed to find that the noises from other neighbours and from outside was not reduced by the walls. The noise was to the point where you could clearly hear the person next door talking.

The hotel was found to be in need of renovation by guests who were not impressed with the old-fashioned look of the hotel. The TVs were old, the carpets dirty and the bathrooms in need of a new look. The facilities were not new or working well.
