Staff are available night and day. They offer good customer service and always with a smile. The reception staff also speak very good English and are happy to advise on directions, or to resolve any issues that may arise.
The rooms are spotless and are cleaned every day. They are on the small side, but no smaller than those in similar hotels. Many of the bathrooms have been recently been renovated.

Some found the breakfast on offer to be disappointing. The food served is limited and there should be more choices on offer. There are however, plenty of local cafes where a range of breakfasts are served.
Along with the small bedrooms, some also found the bathrooms a little too compact, in particular the shower. Others considered bathrooms themselves adequate apart from the lack of storage for toiletries.
