Hotel Edge Vinogradovo (Moscow, Russia)

The rooms are widely described as clean, comfortable, and spacious, with particularly nice bathrooms; the heated floor and towel racks are a treat during the chilly Russian winter.

The hotel is more popular with business travellers than tourists, as the city centre is a bit of a trek: the nearest metro station is a ten-minute drive, and then the commute is over half an hour. However, it is ideal for nature lovers; the grounds offer a nice view of the lake, and there is a large park nearby. The airport is a 20-minute drive in good traffic, but up to an hour in bad.

Guests often describe the front desk staff as friendly and helpful, noting that most (if not all) team members are fluent in English as well as Russian.

Though it has been renovated, some guests find the interior of the building is showing some signs of wear, or else find the building just feels "old." Some say the linens have seen better days, and its aging air conditioning/heating units are noisy.

Hungry guests have been disappointed by the variety on offer at the breakfast buffet (both overall and day-to-day), or else irritated by long waits for buffet items to be replenished.

Guests have been disappointed by the small size of the pool, or else arrive to find it empty. Poky free Wi-Fi is a common complaint, too.
