The hotel rooms are rather small and some guests have found their surroundings to be very cramped, though most acknowledge that this is to be expected with European hotels, especially ones in Paris.
A number of guests found the Wi-Fi to be unreliable and prone to disconnecting and this may be due to multiple guests trying to use the connection at similar times. However, the Wi-Fi did not diminish from the majority of guests’ enjoyment.
Aside from the issues raised above, the comments regarding the Hotel Eden were very positive and in the case of the Wi-Fi and small rooms, neither of these issues negatively impacted the guests' stays.
