Many guests were happy to have many of the amenities we take for granted at home including microwaves, mini fridges and coffee makers. These three objects were of great help to guests who needed to make themselves some coffee, as well as heat or cool any food and drinks.

Many guests were content with the price they paid for their rooms. For example, their rooms were found to be comfortable including nice bed linens and mattresses. The microwaves, mini fridges are also appreciated and the facilities worked well. .

The hotel is located within walking distance of various eateries and shops as well as within driving distance of a large shopping center, a Wal-Mart and plenty of stores. Guests were able to do various activities for their purposes without having to leave too far from the hotel. .

Some guests found their rooms to have a smoke smells even though they are advertised as non-smoking. If this was not enough, the bed sheets had obvious cigarette holes and burns on them. The smell was too overpowering for some who had to switch rooms. .

Some guests noticed the area to be a bit out of the norm as they witnessed policed getting called many times to break up an obvious prostitution business that is said to be normal activity near the hotel.

Some guests found the hotel to be in need of a total renovation as the décor and furnishings were dirty and well overdue of a replacement. Some people understood the hotel is not a luxe accommodation but they expected there to be some effort. .
