Hotel Econo Lodge Town Center (Virginia Beach, USA)

Most guests commend the exceptionally supportive and kind assistance of the staff! They went the extra mile to provide all the needs of the guests as well as special requests. The front desk, housekeeping team, and even the maintenance team were all very friendly and pleasant.

Due to its nearness to the beach, major highways, shopping malls, restaurants, bars and gas stations, guests rated the hotel’s actual location excellently! The property is convenient to almost everything especially major establishments and tourists destinations such as the Amphitheater and the Town Center.

Guests admired the quality of the beds and pillows provided in every room. They were very clean, smelled new, and well-kept. Furthermore, the decorative cloth used for the beds had great designs and were very comfortable.

Most guests were disappointed with the in-room design and amenities. Aside from the fact that the rooms lack basic equipment such as hairdryer and coffee maker, previous guests were also upset with the poor quality of the furniture, towels, carpets, and bathroom amenities.

Because of the limited selection, most guests were displeased with the breakfast food. There were only small cups provided for juices and pastries, while both the size and the taste were disappointing. Thus, guests are advised to try the nearby restaurants within the area such as Mary’s Restaurant.

Guests were annoyed with the noisy pet-friendly ambiance, as there were dogs barking especially at night. Loud conversations at the neighboring rooms, and doors slamming during wee hours were also reported. In addition, there were also noisy police activities within the area.
