The bed was incredibly comfortable and has the right texture according to most guests. They were new, well-maintained, and relaxing especially for guests who had a long day. The sheets were clean and there were no bugs visible within the bed. It also helped guests who had back problems so everyone had a decent sleep.
Most guests were impressed with the hotel’s great location in Douglasville- strategic yet peaceful. It is near shopping malls, restaurants, and major establishments such as Walmart. Furthermore, it was easy to find and the guests enjoyed the wide selection of dining choices within the area.
Despite excellent beds, guests were still disappointed with the general quality of the rooms. Rooms are outdated, old-looking, and most of the furnishings and flooring have to be replaced. Carpets and light switches have to be replaced too, while walls need some serious repainting job.
The breakfast food choices are quite limited according to most guests. The hotel serves coffee, oatmeal, toast, waffles and juice which were of poor quality. There was no bacon or sausage so guests were upset.
