There is plenty to eat for breakfast, whether you want the fully cooked option or instead choose the variety of fruits, yoghurts and bread. Either way, you'll leave very satisfied in the morning.
The hotel is in an excellent location, in that it is really close to the beach but also near to the centre of town as well. There are a plethora of restaurants nearby and a shopping centre in the middle of town. The train station is about a mile away and
Guestrooms are a little small and the shower and toilet areas are quite cramped. The water pressure isn't the strongest either. Also, you might find that your sink is in the bedroom area, which is not uncommon in a building of this age.
Although the neighbourhood is quiet, you might still get some noise from adjacent rooms, as the walls seem quite thin.
There is a car park but it only has a limited number of spots, so you might have to find somewhere to park on the street. This is notoriously difficult in Eastbourne.
