Those rooms that are advertised as being next to the pool are still quite some distance. Guests were a little disappointed that they still had to walk around a common area to get to the pool, and they couldn't actually see it from their rooms due to the many shrubs in the way.
Several visitors would have preferred to have cleaning on a more regular basis, and felt it was justified due to the hefty price of the room.
