Hotel Du Polo (Deauville, France)

There have been a few reports from visitors about the rooms being way too small for a comfortable stay. There is not much space for luggage, and most of the available space is taken up by the bed.

The rooms are tended to every day by the excellent house-keeping staff who will make sure you have everything you need, whether that is an extra blanket in winter, or a towel for the bathroom, they will ensure your stay is as enjoyable as can be.

For many guests who stay in hotels all over the world, they are used to the fact that Wi-Fi is not very reliable, but that is quite different at Du Polo. Reports are that Wi-Fi is super-fast and doesn't keep disconnecting, leaving you with the confidence to work uninterrupted.

After a relatively long shower at Du Polo, the bathroom starts to fill up with water droplets and it begins to sprinkle down from the roof. Guests have suggested to management that they make sure there is more ventilation installed in the bathrooms.

A few comments about the uncomfortable beds have been received from travellers, who have said that they are lumpy, squeaky and a bit long in the tooth. It has been suggested to management by a number of guests that it might be a good idea to replace them soon.

Some of the rooms do not have their own toilets, and have to share with guests from other rooms. While this is not critical, most guests would prefer to have their own en suite bathroom.
