Our 1900'™s Colonial Villa is set in a beautiful private garden with relaxing seating areas from which you can enjoy the panoramic mountain views that Kaikoura is famous for. The rooms feature powerful showers, good beds with fine linen, bathrobes, TV and sweets for a comfortable stay. Facilities include cooked and/or continental breakfast, jacuzzi with mountain views, petanque/boulles, comfortable guest lounge and full use of kitchen. Many of our guests have commented how wonderful and relaxed a stay they have had having use of the entire house, and not having to worry about intruding on the owners' privacy.
