DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Lexington is conveniently located in close proximity to Lexington's City Center which is home to vast array of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests will not be short of dining options as the majority of cuisines and dietary tastes are catered for in this culturally expansive town. The University of Kentucky is also easily access able from this hotel's location and guests can also enjoy the scenic surrounding of the hotel and enjoy the relaxing, picturesque scenery.

The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable, providing exceptional customer service that will ensure guests feel welcome upon arrival. The staff are happy to help with any requests or queries guests may have and supply tourist information about the area.

Guests were very impressed with the expansive rooms and the many amenities that ensured a stay at this hotel was comfortable and luxurious; the bathtubs in the private rooms are fitted with Jacuzzi pumps and the room's décor is stylish and unique. The impressive interior design is also visible in the hotel's impressive lobby and spacious lobby.

Some guests were disappointed to find that the breakfast was not included in the price and felt that it should have been complimentary however, most guests found the breakfast to be satisfying regardless of additional cost.

A number of guests complained of a noisy air-conditioning unit in their rooms and some found that they had trouble sleeping because of it.

While guests enjoyed the unique and classically styled décor, some guests found that, while aesthetically pleasing, it was somewhat dated; the carpet was somewhat dingy and some of the furniture was on the tired side.
