This hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the city. You'll find that there are many points of interest within easy walking distance such as museums, shops, movies, and, of course, plenty of restaurants.

The staff at the hotel will go out of their way to help guests, and no matter what problem you have, they will try to find a solution. The management is also great and will do all within their power to make amends for any bad experiences.

This place is well looked after, and you'll struggle to find any problems with the amenities. The pool is cleaned thoroughly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's an ideal base for a trip to the city.

The hotel doesn't provide much that is complimentary other than the intermittent Wi-Fi. Parking must be paid for which isn't ideal but understandable. However, this expensive hotel chooses to charge for breakfast, and it's not that good.

The fact that the hotel provides earplugs should be warning enough that sleep will be hard to come by at this hotel. The trains that run throughout the night are the main problem, and many guests have said that they just couldn't sleep even with the earplugs.

The trains are not the only noise issue that you might have to deal with at this hotel. It is said that the walls are so thin that you can hear people speaking in the next room. So if you have noisy neighbors that want to watch TV all night, you may need those earplugs.
