The staff members at the restaurant always make sure that guests are having a good time. They will sit down and talk to you if you're alone and waiting for your order, but they will gracefully stay out of your way while enjoying your meal. You'll not be intimidated by their presence; in fact, they will make you feel at home.

Doubletree St Louis at Westport's guests just can't have enough of the free cookies provided. Upon your check in, you don't have to request for their signature warm cookies; the hotel staff members will offer it right up to you themselves.

Guests noted how friendly the housekeeping staffs are, but what's really great is that the housekeeping staff provides commendable cleaning service. When you request your room to be cleaned, they will come as soon as possible and get the job done right. They have a meticulous eye for details, and they always strive to meet guests' satisfaction.

Check-in could be slow. Some were checked-in to the wrong room. In addition, upon checking out, some guests were not thanked for and weren't greeted.

Aside from the poor check-in, the lobby smells like chlorine from the outdoor pool, which gives the hotel a poor first impression. Moreover, ceiling had small cracks, which were not repaired.

Annoying guests are technically not the problem of the hotel, but if you're disturbed by the occupants from the other rooms, you can ask the management to take matters into their hands. The hotel is a family-friendly one, so expect many families staying at the establishment.
